We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for online purchases. Items must be in their original condition with all Clothes Mentor tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Can I sell my clothes to Clothes Mentor online?
Currently, our buying process is handled in-person at our physical store locations. You can bring in your gently used, name-brand apparel and accessories for a cash offer on the spot.
What condition are the items in?
We only accept items that are in 'like-new' or 'excellent' condition. Every piece is laundered or cleaned and thoroughly checked for stains, holes, or excessive wear before being listed.
